BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on March 2, 2011 and motion of intent hereby memorializes its decisions for the following:
1. Grant the appeal for Don Frable at 1187 WOODBRIDGE STREET in reference to the December 6, 2010 Fire Inspection Correction Notice letter; and,
2. Grant the appeal for Victoria Richie at 1641 CONWAY STREET in reference to the January 14, 2011 Fire Inspection Correction Notice letter.
