WHEREAS on April 6, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-322, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services from December 28, 2010 to January 28, 2011 (File No. J1110A, Assessment No. 118034).
WHEREAS, the property at 602 Mendota Street (aka 889 Fifth Street), being described as: Dana And Humes Sub Of W1/2 B98 E 36 Ft Of Lot 1 And E 36 Ft Of S 2o 62/1oo Ft Of Lot 2, with the property identifification number 33-29-22-22-0096 was assessed an amount of $568.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $568.00 to $200.00; now therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that Council File RES 11-322 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
