WHEREAS on February 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-151, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Tree Removal services during the month of October, 2010. (File No. 1103T, Asmt No. 119090); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1348 Third Street East, being described as: Erets Addition N 1/2 Of Vac Alley Adj And Fol Subj To St The Fol Lot 11 And W 17 Ft Of Lot 10, with the property identifification number 34-29-22-23-0064 was assessed an amount of $1,448.23; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Forestry recommends deleting the assessment it was made in error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,448.23, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-151 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
