RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached amendment to city contract #02-15419-G with the State of Minnesota for practitioners in the Saint Paul Ramsey County criminal justice system to continue receiving training on the integrated domestic violence "blueprint" and its specific implications for their tasks in processing domestic violence cases.
