Appeal of Leonard Fricke to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 360 SUMMIT AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
This property is on the Historic Ramsey Hill District and was on the historic house tour. I cannot write well about this because of a stroke which destroyed my ability to write and I have only received the letter with five day notice. Please note that I will have a hard time if a hearing is scheduled before 11 a.m. as I have a 19 year old sleep disorder and many days I don't get to sleep before 5-7 a.m.
