WHEREAS on February 16, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-331, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of Vacant Building services in October 2010 (File No. VB1103, Assessment No. 118004); and
WHEREAS, the property at 382 Curtice Street East, being described as: Skyline Oaks Lot 2 Blk 1, with the property identifification number 08-28-22-44-0095 was assessed an amount of $1,235.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; and; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,235, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-331 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
