Purpose of Appeal
Egress windows frame was 21 X 78, opening 17 1/2 X 76. Please see attached photo. My neighbor's side by side also has the same size window like my house.
All these properties on the block built the same way [with] small window: 2179-2181 Glenridge, 2203-2205 Glenridge, 2227-2229, and 2256-2258 Glenridge.
