WHEREAS on September 1, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. 10-995, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from April 2 to 18, 2010. (File No. J1008P, Assessment No. 108891); and
WHEREAS, the property at 771 Thomas Avenue, being described as: Chute Brothers Divisionno 12 Lot 23, with the property identifification number 35-29-23-12-0209 was assessed an amount of $185.46; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as there was a graffiti waiver on file; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that Council File No. 10-995 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
