WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-264 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of November 17 to December 29, 2010; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 06, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following changes:

727 Charles Avenue - delete the assessment;
429 Fairview Avenue North - delete the assessment;
461 Syndicate Street Sourh - delete the assessment;
310 White Bear Avenue South - delete the assessment;
1099 Woodbridge Street - delete the assessment;
1981 Yorkshire Court; - delete the assessment;
1891 Seventh Street East - delete the assessment;
682 Jessamine Avenue East - approve the assessment payable over two (2) years;
1892 - 1894 Ford Parkway - reduce the assessment from $380.00 to $100.00;
896 Duchess Street - reduce the assessment from $300.00 to $150.00;
702 Wilson Avenue - approve the assessment payable over three (3) years; and be it further
