Body

WHEREAS, the Macalester-Groveland Community Council, District Council14 wishes to enter into a two-year agreement with the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation for leased office space at Edgcumbe Recreation Center; and

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Administrative Code §86.03(b)(1) requires city council authorization to lease parkland or recreational facilities for a period of more than one year; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that Parks and Recreation is authorized to enter into a two-year agreement with the Macalester-Groveland Community Council, District 14.
