WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for a sidewalk improvement on the north side of Christie Place between Prosperity Avenue and Kennard Street. (RES 11-521); and
Preliminary Order: 07-311 Approved 04/04/2007 Final Order: 07-438 Approved 05/16/2007
WHEREAS, on April 20, 2011 the City Council held a public hearing to consider ratification of the assessment for said construction work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for said construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that said special assessment roll is hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter with no changes; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty equal annual installments.
