WHEREAS on March 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-125, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean up on private property from August 31 to September 16, 2010 (Real Estate Project Number J1104A, Assessment Number 118995); and
WHEREAS, the property at 417 Arlington Avenue East, being described as: Mortons Addition E 10 Ft of Lot 27 & All of Lot 26 Blk 7, with the property identifification number 20-29-22-23-0181 was assessed an amount of $428.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; and now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $428.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-125 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
