Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to accept organizations to the 10% Club List of Eligible Recipients for 2011.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation administers the application process for the 10% Club List of Eligible Recipients established by Ordinance 409.235; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board was formed to implement the administration of the ordinance for the Department; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board convened on January 11, 2011 to add organizations to the Eligible Recipients List for the 10% Club for 2011; and
WHEREAS, these organizations were approved by the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby requested to promulgate and approve the list of eligible organizations for the 2011 Charitable Gambling 10% Club.
