Authorizing the City to retain Capitol Hill Associates as city lobbyists for 2011.

Whereas, the City of Saint Paul has the need for lobbying services for the city, and wishes to retain Capitol Hill Associates for those services; and
Whereas, Saint Paul Administrative code, Section 45.03 requires prior authorization by the City Council for any lobbyist to engage in lobbying activities on behalf of the city; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul authorizes the appropriate city officials to enter into the attached agreement to hire Capitol Hill Associates as City Lobbyists for 2011.
