Ratifying Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree Removal assessments for work done on private property in October 2010. [RE Project # 1103T1, Assessment #119093].

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion and assessment roll listing private properties which have costs and fees associated with removal of diseased and dangersous tree assessments in October 2010 [RE Project # 1103T1, Assessment #119093]; and
WHEREAS, the City Councils Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said special assessment roll is hereby in all respects ratified, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, with the no changes, as there were no appeals; and be it further
RESOLVED, that said assessment roll be payable in one equal installment, unless specified otherwise as a change to this proposed assessment roll.
