Seven (7) Neighborhood Investment Initiative STAR Program projects were completed under budget, the scope of the Nativity Beautification project was reduced, the Mac-Groveland Bench project never moved forward and two (2) new projects have been approved for Year-Round Neighborhood STAR financing. Remaining balances are being credited to the appropriate wards in the Neighborhood STAR Year-Round STAR Program and STAR funds for the new projects is being moved into project specific account codes.
