Amending the assessment to delete the Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees (Re-Invoiced) October 2010 for property at 46 Elizabeth Street East.

WHEREAS, on February 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RES 11-147, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees (Re-Invoiced) October 2010. (File No. CRT1102, Assessment No. 118041); and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended approving the assessment and spreading the payments over two (2) years; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deleted the assessment but the resolution was not amended to reflect the deletion; and
WHEREAS, the property at 46 Elizabeth Street East, being described as: E R Bryants Re Of B124 W Stp Lot 5 Blk 124, with the property identification number 08-28-22-23-0144 was assessed an amount of $305.00 and payable over two years; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the assessment in the amount of $305.00 be deleted; and BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the amount of $305.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File No. RES 11-147 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
