Amending the assessment to delete the Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees (Re-Invoiced) August 2010 (RE Project #CRT1101, Assessment #118968) for property at 1769 Selby Avenue.

WHEREAS, on January 19, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RES 11-129, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees (Re-Invoiced) August 2010. (File No. CRT1101, Assessment No. 118968); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1769 Selby Avenue, being described as: Skidmore Cassedyspark Addi Ex Ave Lot 26 Blk 3, with the property identification number 04-28-23-12-0153 was assessed an amount of $315.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $315.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #11-129 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
