WHERAS on February 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-147 and Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Certificate of Occupancy fees reinvoiced in October 2010. (File No. CRT1102, Assessment #118002); and
WHEREAS, the property at 267 Front Avenue, being described as: Auerbach Hands Additionto Lot 5 Blk 47, with the property identification number 25-29-23-13-0208 was assessed an amount of $795.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as payment was paid by the Title Company; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interest, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $795.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council RES 11-147 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
