WHERAS on January 19, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-129 and Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Certificate of Occupancy fees reinvoiced in August 2010 (File No. CRT1101, Assessment #118968); and
WHEREAS, the property at 542 Selby Avenue, being described as: Woodland Park Additionto St N 92 50/100 Ft Of Lot 9 & N 92 50/100 Ft Of E 22 Ft Of Lot 10 Blk 5, with the property identification number 01-28-23-22-0141 was assessed an amount of $315.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as payment was received; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interest, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $315.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council RES 11-129 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
