WHEREAS, pursuant to Admin. Code Ch. 60: Property Service Cost Assessments, on February 16, 2011 a public hearing was held for
Property Clean Up on Private Property at 2044 Reaney Ave on September 21, 2010 under Assessment No. 118031 (File No. J1106A1); and,
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in One installment.
