BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on February 2, 2011 and motion of intent hereby memorializes its decisions for the following:
Deny the appeal and extension granted for Omari Omari at 1019-1021 CARROLL AVENUE in reference to the January 3, 2011 Re-inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency Letter;
Deny the appeal of Yolanda Menchaca at 480 LAWSON AVENUE WEST in reference to the December 29, 2010 Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate letter;
Deny the appeal of John H. Reed at 123 WAYZATA STREET in reference to the January 10, 2011 Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate letter;
