WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 10-1543 accepted the Report of Completion for Emergency Boarding and Securing, and/or Boarding of Vacant Buildings during the month of September, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the said special assessment roll be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, with the following changes:
945 Sixth Street East - delete assessment
1039 Hudson Road - reduce assessment from $520.20 to $260.10;
843 Edmund Avenue - referred back to March 1 Legislative Hearing and March 2 City Council hearing.
and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment roll be payable in one equal installment, unless specified otherwise as a change to this proposed assessment roll.
