WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with graffiti removal assessments for work done on private properties during the time period of September 28, to October 28, 2010 [RE Project #J1107P, Assessment #118001]; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the said special assessment roll be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, with the following changes:
207 202 Snelling Avenue North - delete assessment
314 Bates Avenue - delete assessment
887 Randolph Avenue - delete assessment
1271 University Avenue West - delete assessment
and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment roll be payable in one equal installment, unless specified otherwise as a change to this proposed assessment roll.
