Ratifying property clean-up assessments for work done on private property from August 31 to September 16, 2010. [J1104A] Laid over from January 19th
 
Body
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with property clean-ups on private property during from August 31 to Septemberr 16, 2010 [RE Project #J1104A] and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
 
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; now, therefore, be it
 
RESOLVED, that the said special assessment roll be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, with the following changes:
 
382 Curtice Street East - reduce assessment by half to a total of $238; and be it further
1152 Reaney Avenue - refer back to Legislative Hearing on March 1 and City Council public hearing on March 2;
1383 Sylvan Street - refer back to Legislative Hearing on March 1 and City Council public hearing on March 2;  and be it further
 
RESOLVED, that the said assessment roll be payable in one equal installment, unless specified otherwise as a change to this proposed assessment roll.
