WHEREAS, on January 19, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-129, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Certificate of Occupancy fees assessments, for fees reinvoiced in August 2010. (File No. CRT1101, Assessment No. 118968); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1673 Iglehart Avenue, being described as: Excelsior Park Lot 10 Blk 6, with the property identification number 33-29-23-44-0060 was assessed an amount of $305.00 for Certificate of Occupancy fees assessments, for fees reinvoiced in August 2010;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $305.00 to a total of $120.00;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be reduced.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File RES 11-129 is hereby amended to reflect this change and reduce the assessment from a total of $305.00 to a total of $120.00.
