WHEREAS, on January 19, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-19, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private property from August 26, 2010 to September 3, 2010 (File No. J1104P, Assessment No. 118981); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2103 Stewart Avenue being described as: Fort Street Out Lots Subj To Esmts; That Part Of Se 1/4 Of Sw 1/4 Of Sc15 Tn 28 Rg23 & In Blk 13 Palisade Add & Lots 1 & 3 Thru 8 & 11 & 12 In Youngmans Re & In Sd Fort Street Out Lots, Lots 15 & 16 Thereof; All Lying Sely Of Fol Desc L; Beg On Swly L Of & 199.05 Ft Nwly Of S, with the property identifification number 15-28-23-43-0019 was assessed an amount of $210.46; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $210.46, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-19 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
