Appeal of David O'Loughlin, Crown Bluff Enterprises, on behalf of Mike Brodtmann, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1665 Juliet Avenue.
Purpose of Appeal
Alside replacement window installed in existing frames & woodwork. House has stucco exterior and plaster interior causing excessive expense to change existing rough opening. Matching existing stucco, plaster, and woodwork would also be a large expense. Double hung windows with grids in top sash are consistent with rest of windows in house to keep the properties overall integrity and look from the street. Old windows were painted shut and inoperable.
New tilt in sashes are easy to open & remove.
