WHEREAS, pursuant to Admin. Code Ch. 76: Sewer and Drains, on March 16, 2011 a public hearing was held for
Public Works Program for the Repair of Sanitary Connection on (Private Property) as requested by the Property Owner during the month of April, 2010 at 143 George St W
under Assessment No. 118996 (File No. SWRP1102); and,
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in twenty equal installments.
