WHEREAS, pursuant to Admin. Code Ch. 60: Property Service Cost Assessments, on March 16, 2011 a public hearing was held for
Emergency Sewer Repair on (Private Property) November, 2010 at 1314 Rice St
under Assessment No. 118017 (File No. SWRP1104); and,
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in one installment.
