BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on October 6, 2010 and motion of intent hereby memorializes its decisions for the following:
1. Deny the appeal with conditions for Brenden Goldfarb at 1964 Marshall Avenue in reference to the July 16, 2010 Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency Letter, Item 21;
2. Deny the appeal of Thomas Hanten at 929 Seventh Street West in reference to the July 20, 2010 Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate letter;
3. Deny the appeal of Joe Isaacs at 482 Lawson Avenue West in reference to the June 22, 2010 Vacant Building Registration Notice and Fee letter;
4. Deny the appeal and extension granted of Jared Murphy at 517 Asbury Street in reference to the September 8, 2010 Notice of Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate letter;
5. Deny the appeal of Tyler Hanson at 1548 Ashland Avenue in reference to the August 20, 2010 Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate letter;
6. Grant the appeal of Larry Alexander at 224 Avon Street North in reference to the August 12, 2010 Correction Notice letter;
7. Deny the appeal of Patricia Owen at 1240 Churchill Street in reference to the August 12, 2010
8. Grant the appeal of Leslie Miller and James Skoog at 766 Forster Street in reference to the September 15, 2010 Summary Abatement Order letter;
9. Deny the appeal and extension granted of Marcos and Maria Cardenas at 585 Jefferson Avenue in reference to the September 9, 2010 Notice of Condemnation...
