Purpose of Appeal
Bedroom windows in upper unit have an openable height of 18 inches x 27 inches openable width. Windows have been replaced in last 8 years & open very easy. Unit is built into a hill. Front 2 story back 1 story with a front & back door for exits, unit is 900 sq ft.
I have a deficiency for not having a window that has an opening height of 24 inches in each bedroom of the 3 bedrooms. Building was built in 1965.
