Appeal of Wilson Simon to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 2554 COMO AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
Fire Inspection Correction Notice points 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 21, and 22 assume future intended use based on my activities that originated in bad information (i.e. the premises was a mixed residential commercial area). As requested, all activities have ceased and desisted. Future intent has changed knowing status of premises. Points 14, 17, and 18 have no examples found or demonstrated by inspector.
