RESOLVED, based upon execution and delivery of the attached release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511-0000 <tel:09070-0511-0000> the sum of $25,000 in full settlement of Plaintiff Clear Channel's claims in the lawsuit entitled Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. v. City of Saint Paul. Plaintiff successfully adjudicated the issue regarding its claim that the billboard extension ban ordinance is invalid and agreed to accept the above-referenced settlement amount to resolve its remaining constitutional claims against the City.
