Approving adverse action against the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Perfect Auto Body, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Auto Body located at 204 Bates Avenue in Saint Paul.

WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Perfect Auto Body, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Auto Body (License ID #20080000878) for the premises located at 204 Bates Avenue in Saint Paul by Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated November 19, 2010, alleging licensee failed to pay the $500.00 matrix penalty imposed by City Council on October 6, 2010 (Resolution #10-1107) for numerous license condition violations documented by a DSI inspector during inspections on July 7, 2010 and August 4, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the $500.00 matrix penalty or request a hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the $500.00 matrix penalty or request a hearing by November 29, 2010, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Perfect Auto Body, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Auto Body is hereby immediately suspended for failure to pay the $500.00 matrix penalty imposed by City Council on October 6, 2010 (Resolution #10-1107).
