Appeal of Yer Vang and Cheng Vu to a Summary Abatement Order at 1171 BEECH STREET.

Purpose of Appeal

I received a letter from City of St. Paul to remove improperly stored or accumulated refuse.  These items were dumped into my yard areas by other people that I don't know.  These are not mine.  I don't think the City of St. Paul should charge me for something I didn't do.
