Purpose of Appeal
The water was shut off due to tenant not paying the water bill. Left many voice message to James Thomas and when I finally reached him, he said it was too late. The added expense just 1500 on water bill; 1500 to city plus many more expenses; bought for 140,000 in 2007; owe 122,000; now county assessed for 62,800 in 2010. The place is in perfect condition.
