Approving adverse action against the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Perfect Auto Body, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Auto Body located at 204 Bates Avenue in Saint Paul.

WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Perfect Auto Body, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Auto Body (License ID #20080000878) for the premises located at 204 Bates Avenue in Saint Paul by Notice of Violation dated November 22, 2010, alleging that the licensee was cited for several license condition violations during an inspection on October 26, 2010 and a re-inspection on November 8, 2010; and
 
WHEREAS, this is the second violation to license conditions within a year so per Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง 310.05 (m) (1), the licensing office recommended $1,000.00 matrix penalty; and
 
WHEREAS, licensee did respond to the Notice of Violation to request a public hearing which was held on January 5, 2011; and now, therefore, be it
 
RESOLVED, that the Auto Body Repair/Painting Shop license held by Perfect Auto Body, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Auto Body is hereby ordered to pay a matrix penalty of $1,000.00 for several license condition violations cited during an inspection on October 26, 2010 and a re-inspection on November 8, 2010.
 
This resolution, and action taken above, is based upon facts contained in the November 22, 2010, Notice of Violation sent to the licensee and the arguments made at the public hearing on January 5, 2011.
