Appeal of Donald Moeller, on behalf of Henry Hite to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 645 WHEELOCK PARKWAY WEST.
Purpose of Appeal
Appealing Item 2 on deficiency list for the following reasons: 1) this room (SW bdrm) has four windows that open to at least 16" high and 39" wide. The height from floor is 42". We feel that to alter these windows for the sale of 4" in height is unreasonable. 2) The intigrety of the outsie of the home (siding, trim, and stonework) would also be jeopardized.
