Purpose of Appeal
Interior both units - MSFC 1026.1. Windows must be min. 5 square ft. glazed area with min. 24 " openable ht + 20" openable width.
Our double hung windows measured 19" openable ht. * 26" openable width.
Appeal because new windows and the width is bigger than the ht. required, and the bedrooms are close to the 2nd bedrooms that have required measurements on windows.
