WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement has been submitted to the Council for consideration; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property upon which the improvement has been made have voluntarily waived their right to a public hearing and appeal of said assessment by executed agreement and waiver, a copy of which is on file with the Real Estate Section of the Office of Financial Services; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered and found satisfactory said assessment; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in twenty equal installments.
