Appeal of Jeffrey T. DeLisle, Del Co Limited Partnership, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Re-inspection with Deficiency List at 385 EARL STREET.
Purpose of Appeal
We would like to appeal Item #2, Unit 5. These windows have been in the building since the property was built in 1926. They habe been acceptable for the Certificate of Occupancy always in the past. The windows are grandfathered into the property.
