Appeal of Kathleen Huntley to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1435 Charles Avenue.
Purpose of Appeal
Regarding the uniform egress window policy, there are several reasons we are making this request. First, our home is stucco and the additional costs were explained to us if we had to put in crank outs. Second, we are changing from casement to double hung for all other windows in the house. Finally, we have purchased window air conditioning units that won't work with the crank out windows.
