Home was purchased with these windows and when installed under permit at that time. Requesting the current height of 22.5" to be allowed because of this. Exterior SCLC 34.08(5), 34.31(3) We are budgeting to have oth 3rd and 1st levels resided this coming spring along with new fascia and soffit. I am requesting an extension until spring 2011 to complete in the proper fashion.
