Purpose of Appeal
Original report did not call for repair and paint the walls. does have some superficial cracks. asking to have this removed. (nothing major)Carpet: this was cleaned and sanitized by Done Carpert and Restorations (763-504-0808) We paid $107.00. No odor, scant stain, would like this removed when it is rented. We want to leave it to the renter if they would like to lay their own carpet or want it replaced. Yard - The entire yard has been cleaned. what is being appealed is that we have a small vegetable garden that Inspector Isabell is referring to, We are asking for re-imbursement of the filing fee of $25 since again we are asking for clarification of what Inspector Isabell is requesting.
