Purpose of Appeal
I'm appealing Item 3 for the bedroom windows to be replaced. This is an older home built in 1920 and is just short a couple inches in height for it to be acceptable under the escape windows code with the City of St. Paul. They are in proper working order and still offer a safe way to escape in an event of a fire.
