Purpose of Appeal
The home has very good original windows in good working order. We bought new storms and screens to help with both the appearance and heating and cooling performance of the home. The windows exceed the glazing requirement. The total openable space is 16% larger than required; however, the height is 19" and width is 30." Replacing the windows would be a significant financial hardship and would detract from the appearance of the home. Thanks for your consideration.
