BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 87.14 of the Legislative Code, the Council does hereby set a public hearing for proposed water service connection cut-off charges on November 3, 2010 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing in a newspaper of general circulation, the publication of which is to be at least ten (10) days before said public hearing.
