Purpose of Appeal

Tenants tampered with the electrical box and the fire inspector had the city condemn the property.  The problem was corrected immediately and I would like to appeal the vacant builing fee.  Property is already back in order and I can schedule with fire inspector for her to walk thru.  Thank you!
