Title
Appeal of Jason Syverson to a Summary Abatement Order at 1004 FULLER AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 11:00 a.m. in Room 330 City Hall
Purpose of Appeal: Buckets are used as rabbit guards for plants (honeyberries, nanking, cherries, hazelnuts) and those can't be moved. I have others holding garden/potting soil; the empty ones I'd be happy to stack more neatly, but they're for future garden use, not trash. Totes and buckets with potting soil will be used as planters, some in the driveway, come spring/summer.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: January 22, 2025
Inspector/Key Staff: Ethan Wirtz
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: No photos in STAMP. NOTE: A SAO was also issued on 1/9/25 of the same (plastic buckets, totes and cardboard in alley behind the home)
